- Volume 2: Features a small bump on the top right edge, extending from the first cover page through the page immediately following the title page.
- Volume 6: Has a tiny fold on a small portion of the bottom corner of its tissue guard.
- Volume 10: Features a small bump on pages 453-483 located on the top outer edge.
