Beautiful antique 10K yellow gold stick pin featuring an elegant openwork scroll or knot-style design accented with a small genuine diamond.
The decorative head has graceful curved lines characteristic of Edwardian / Art Nouveau jewelry from the early 20th century. A small round diamond is prong set where it meets the pin stem. An additional small bezel-set dark/gray accent stone is present in the upper portion of the design; its exact gemstone type has not been determined but is most likely a sapphire.
