When the white illumination wire is connected to the vehicle’s headlight or parking-light circuit:

• Headlights off: normal daytime brightness
• Headlights on: reduced brightness for more comfortable night driving

The dimmer wire is optional. If it is not used, insulate it properly and leave it disconnected.

• Yellow wire → Connect to negative/ground
• White wire → Connect to the headlight or parking-light illumination signal for automatic dimming

Mount the sensor close to the magnet. The maximum recommended distance is approximately two finger widths, as shown in the product photos.

Secure the magnet firmly to the gear lever. Zip ties may be used if needed.
