This is an Extremely Rare sample of Sherrie Russell Meline\'s work, she is a Conservationist Artist who has won multiple competitions and awards, Including Designing one of our National Stamps. Known mostly for Her work with Ducks of all species. This is a very hard to find Proof numbered 14/25. And Double Signed by the Artist.  Minor issues are 1 tiny glass scratch, and a tiny chip of the top rear frame less than 1/8 in. It can\'t be seen when hung on the wall.
