(Apparently, I missed the card that explained that, so I could not accurately label the level of lithium in the battery in this device). Sadly, we had to leave at home.Our mistake is your gain because now the device is put together. All you need to do is attach the wheel portion to your chair via the wheel clips as you\'ll see in the directions. All parts are included, with the slight difference being that it is already put together.
