This antique volume features full-page monochrome lithographic prints of life during wartime, possibly World War I, capturing poignant emotional and social scenes.
Includes approximately 20+ striking black-and-white plates, many signed “R. Schick,” a known German illustrator of the period. The title and interior typography are in Gothic Fraktur script, typical of German publications before WWII.
