Active Elements™acid stain penetrates the concrete surface and chemically reacts with the concrete to form a translucent, variegated and sometimes-marbleized effect. The art of concrete acid stain is in the variegated look.
When changing the color of a concrete project, sealing with one of our appropriate sealers can change the outcome of the projects look (usually increasing the depth of color and protecting the surface from wear).
