2.Push The Tightener Plate Onto U-Bolt With Raised End Away From The Hitch
3.Have The Washer, Lock Washer and Nut To One Side of The U-Bolt. Hand Tighten Nut To Hold Washers In Place.
4.Tighten The Nuts Evenly Until Metal Plate Is Tight To The Stinger And Hitch. Check The Nuts Periodically To Ensure That They Remain Tight.
