Octavo, xviii, 386 pages, publisher's original green lettered blue cloth covered boards. Also included is a related black and white photograph, laid in. With an inscription from Flora Louise Bok to the former owner. Some damage towards the upper corner of the top board. Some occasional marginalia in pencil, slight odor, some soiling to upper corner, else in good + condition.
