For sale, a pair of ballerinas by Muller. These are the most lifelike figurines I've ever seen.

She wears a ribbon with flowers on her head with a very enchanting feature; the ribbon falls from her hair onto her shoulder. On her neck is a pendant.Her corset is gold, ribbed in black with 2 gold strap-bows and holds a flower on the left hand. The right hand is poised to the side with open fingers and pointing index. The tutu is quite ambitious for such a little dancer. The foldings are masterful. Two rows of pleated folds, sprinkled with appliques of gold roses and daisies. The skirt is trimmed with intricate ruffles. Her feet are on point with gold slippers, ankle-laced. She measures 6" tall x 4" wide x 3" deep. The base is sectioned and accented with gold.
Condition
From the front and sides, she looks actually quite excellent. The bottom lace pleat, between the 2 roses, and next to the leaves with little buds, there's a crease that is the union of the lace and not damage. The lace on the backside has some chips on the upper folds, and the center section of the ruffles is also chipped. The hand with the flower, at the very union of the shoulder, ribbon, and bow, there's a tiny crease on the glaze in the *underarm that looks from the time of firing. There's no other mark throughout the arm. The very tip of the index finger *under the flower has a tiny nick, but you cannot see it. The Muller Porzellanmanufaktur blue under-glazed mark is in place.

She wears a gold wreath on her head.The corset is gold ribbed in black, lace trimmed and black straps.The tutu's upper section is pleated with applied gold flowers. The skirt ends with 3 tiers of ruffles. Her arms are extended, and the right holds a flower. The slippers are gold and ankle-laced. She measures bit just under 7" tall x 3" wide x 3" deep. The base is round with gold trimming, with theMuller Porzellanmanufaktur blue under-glazed mark in place.
ConditionThe back side, bottom ruffle row is missing some lace. On the front skirt, there's a decent restoration effort in which pink lace was added to the middle ruffle row. This was done before my time.
