Up for sale is a rare Accucraft Flanger OD Model AC82-101 factory painted in the Pre 1040 red color. This model was purchased used, and when received one of theblades solder joints had broken loose during shipping in large part because theoriginal packing material inside the Accucraft box was not present.
Repairs were made by professionally re-soldering the leftside blade and touching up the paint in the soldered area, otherwise it isfactory paint.
The wheels and couplers have also been painted the appropriatecolors.
The model has been run as shown by the minor wear on thewheels. The model and its paint are in excellent shape. Please refer to detail photos for conditionof the model and the model’s repair.
The Accucraft flanger ships in the original inner and outerAccucraft box as shipped from China. Note: the missing packing material inside theinner box has been replaced by very careful packaging the flanger with bubblewrap and foam to ensure the model arrives in pristine condition.
