WE HAVE NON-RETURN STYLE FUEL INJECTION RAILS ON OUR OTHER LISTINGS.These fit 99-06 GM TRUCK/SUV Silverado Sierra Suburban Escalade Avalanche Tahoe.This is a complete replacement kit of injectors and rails that will fit 99-06 Silverado, Sierra, Tahoe, Yukon, Suburban, Escalade & Avalanche with the 5.3 V8 engines (*will not fit flex fuel applications or non return rails without regulators*) please look at yours fuel rails before purchasing to confirm it has a fuel pressure regulator and a return line.We use an ASNU fuel injector cleaning and calibrating test bench. It is the best tool for re-manufacturing this type of fuel injector.These injectors have been completely re-manufactured. They have been externally and internally ultrasonically cleaned, and flow matched the fuel injectors have been tested for electrical faults, they have been hot tested up to a 9000RPM ceiling to try to get them to fail. Finally, they are hot tested for correct flow and then matched into sets. The fuel filters have been removed and replaced with new ones. All orings in the fuel injectors and the fuel rails have been replaced with Viton/FKM synthetic rubber pieces. The injectors are warrantied for 5 years with unlimited miles.The fuel rails are pressure tested with air at 70psi (their normal operating pressure is 58psi with fuel) the fuel rails are warrantied against leaks for 5 years.The fuel pressure regulator is new and is warrantied for 5 years with unlimited miles.I welcome any questions you may have.
