Returns Policy

2. If product is defective or damage upon arrival, or wrong product shipped, please contact us immediately. Returns accepted within 60 days of delivery date and item must be in original new condition, not worn or altered in any way with attached tags & wrap. Otherwise deal is final.

Warranty
There is 12 month warranty on all our products starting from the date of purchase. When products are used for commercial purposes, they qualify for a 3 month warranty.
All warranty claims must be directed through Customer Service. Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from Customer Service - if you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and your claim may not be accepted.
