Most card orders are shipped using Standard Envelope and packaged in a semi-rigid card holder with a protective team bag. We intentionally use this low-profile packaging to help keep envelopes flexible and USPS sorter-friendly. Overly rigid or bulky envelopes can have difficulty moving through automated mail-processing equipment and are a common cause of delays.
Please keep in mind that Standard Envelope tracking works differently from traditional USPS package tracking. Tracking is generated through scans from automated mail-processing equipment at regional facilities rather than the same point-by-point scans you may be accustomed to with USPS packages.
Because of this:
- Tracking updates can be delayed or incomplete.
- An envelope may travel for several days without a new scan.
- Some envelopes receive very few scans?or occasionally none at all?and are still delivered normally.
- Delivery may occur before the tracking information catches up.
So, a lack of tracking movement does not necessarily mean your order hasn\'t shipped or is lost.
