• Size: This clutch part is available in a size of 14\" with 6\" outer diameter, 4.25\" bore diameter and 1.062\" thickness.
• Component Type: This clutch linkage collar, also known as a clutch release bearing collar or guide sleeve, provides a smooth guiding surface for the clutch release bearing to travel along during clutch engagement and disengagement.
• Design & Material: This clutch component is manufactured using bronze alloy,and it withstands friction, heat, and wear in demanding heavy-duty applications. Its circular, precision-machined body has a split design for easy installation around the transmission input shaft and includes reinforced bolt points for a secure fit. The bronze surface is naturally self-lubricating, reducing maintenance requirements.
• Application: This collar fits over the transmission input shaft and allows the clutch release bearing to slide smoothly when the clutch pedal is pressed. It ensures consistent, aligned bearing travel between the clutch fork and pressure plate, helping to disengage and re-engage the clutch with minimal wear and vibration. It plays a crucial role in medium- and heavy-duty truck clutch systems.

Installation Instructions:

• Slide the clutch release bearing over the collar and connect it to the clutch fork.
• Reinstall the pressure plate and clutch disc.
• Reassemble the transmission and test clutch travel to ensure proper bearing alignment.

18-Month Warranty - This product is covered for one year, 100,000 miles after the installation, or 18 months after the purchase, whichever comes first. The product’s warranty is only active when the parts have defective material or workmanship defaults. Inappropriate application will lead to the dismissal of the warranty. Additionally, the warranty doesn’t cover the parts that fail or get damaged due to misuse, misapplication, or accident. If the customer wishes to return/replace this product under warranty, reach out to us. The team will verify by doing a thorough inspection and if they find a defect that is covered in above mentioned warranty; the product will be replaced without any charge. We disclaim liability for labor or consequential damages of any nature.
