We’re excited to offer you 30 Jumbo XXL ‘White Giant’ Coturnix Quail hatching eggs from our healthy, well-cared-for flock. These are not your average quail— we’ve selectivly bred our birds for 9 year for size and they regularly reach 16 oz by 10 weeks, with none of our breeders weighing under 15 oz and some as big as 22 oz. We’re always working toward even better size, health, and productivity!These gentle birds make fantastic layers and are also great for meat production. Our eggs typically weigh around 17 grams. Coturnix quail mature fast and start laying at just 6 to 8 weeks old.⸻What You’ll Receive:

Once the eggs leave our hands, we can’t control handling, temperature, or incubation conditions, so we do not guarantee hatch rates. Industry average for shipped eggs is around 50%, but it can vary widely.All our eggs are fresh, fertile, and collected daily. We never ship eggs older than 3 days (and they are usually less than 1 day old!).Please understand before purchasing:
• Infertility and non-development are not the same. Shipped eggs can look infertile due to damage.
• Hatch outcomes depend on many factors outside our control—like shipping mishandling or incubator setup.
• Refunds, returns, or replacements are not offered.

• Breeders are rotated regularly for maximum fertility and do NOT lay during the winter.
• Our flock has optimal male-to-female ratios 1:2.
• Eggs come from mature, stable layers.
• Birds are fed high-quality feed and raised with care.
• We hatch regularly ourselves to ensure ongoing fertility and strong genetics. We pack with love, using custom foam shippers for the best protection. If Fed Ex damages your package, their insurance covers it—please take photos and file a claim with them directly.⸻Tips for a Great Hatch:
• Let eggs rest pointy side down for 12–24 hours at room temp before setting.
• Use a secondary thermometer/hygrometer in your incubator to double-check readings.
• Avoid frequent candling—it can reduce hatch rates.
• Keep temperature steady at 99.5°F with humidity around 45%, increasing to 60–65% for lockdown (days 15–18).We use and recommend the GFQ Cabinets, but always follow the guide for your specific model.⸻A Quick Note About Us:We’re a family of quail lovers doing this because we enjoy it—not because it’s a big money-maker.
