Mytee Products, 18\" x 18\" x 3\" Outrigger Pads Black w/ Rope Handle - High-Density, Square are perfect for heavy construction vehicles, including outriggers, down jacks, or stabilizers. The square crane pad will evenly distribute the weight of your heavy machinery on varied surfaces, providing a secure and stable base. Have a safe operation on uneven or sensitive grounds. You can use our stabilizer pads for cranes, concrete pumps, aerial work platforms, and other lifting equipment. Learn more about it below:-
- Dimension Details: It’s a square outrigger mat with all sides size of 18 inches and a thickness of 3 inch. The black outrigger pad is a safety base that prevents vehicles from tipping or collapsing during operation (or when not used). Thus, maintaining stability and ensuring a safe working environment. We additionally provide a wide variety of sizes and shapes of crane pads to accommodate your varied needs.
- Robust Construction: We have constructed our mats from Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) to ensure strength and durability. One person can easily carry it from one place to another. It has non-conductive, water, acid, and alkali-resisting properties, perfect for outdoor settings.
- Portable: We have added an ergonomic handle made of nylon rope and PVC hose. It’s built-in for easier handling and placement. Other than portability, you can easily stack these outrigger pads for storage—not capturing any extra space. Thus, making it a user-friendly design for heavy-duty operation.
- Load Capacity: The vertical load limit of our crane outrigger pad is 97,200 lbs and the 45-degree working load limit is 49,000 lbs with a crush rating of 300 PSI, ensuring good impact intensity and breaking elongation. Our outrigger offers great load capacity compared to other competitors in the market, increasing pad performance and life. Expect high performance from these pads, supporting the maximum weight of the equipment and the load.
- Surface Compatibility & Application: Our mats are made from anti-slip material, allowing them to prevent vehicle shifting, slipping, or collapsing during operation. You are flexible to utilize the pads on varied surfaces and grounds (however, there are some limitations), preventing the vehicle foot or outriggers from sinking or disbalancing on the soft grounds. Here’s a small list of vehicles, you can use with outrigger pads - support-leg Truck Crane, Crawler Crane, Rough Crane, Boom Pump, Concrete Pump, Fire Truck, etc.
