O.D. of Inlet / Outlet Port: 2.5\'\' (65mm) Core Size: 280*300*65mm 2.5\" Thick Core Color: BLACK Working Pressure: 5~50psi Pressure Drop: 2~5psi at 35psi ; 0.2~0.5psi at 15psi Hot Air Temperature: 32°F~302°F (0°C~150°C) FEATURES: Burst tested to 140psi. CNC machine flange for max strength and durability. TIG-welded AA5052 casted aluminum end tanks allows it to withstand high internal pressure. Helps reduce engine inlet temperature with better cooling efficiency than stock.

Note: On installing your intercooler be sure that all hose clamps and fittings are tightened to prevent any leakage. Any cleaning should be done with hot soapy water and well rinsed. Do not exceed 9 bar (130 psi) rating on your oil cooler. Do not use any car cleaning products, particularly traffic film remover solutions or shampoos to clean your intercooler, radiator or oil cooler. The use of these products can damage the cooling systems and invalidate your warranty. We recommend that you should inspect your product on a regular basis for bent and/or crushed fins. Any bent fins should be carefully straightened to allow ambient air to pass through the core face. At the time of installing your intercooler, an approved coolant must be used and added to the coolant system. Be sure you NEVER mix coolant and ALWAYS use DISTILLED water.
