For chronic conditions, apply continuous wave (CW) mode; for acute pain and injuries, use pulsed wave (PW) mode at 2,500Hz. Treat for 10-15 minutes per session, 3-5 times per week. Adjust power between 1-2.5W, starting low and increasing as needed. Lower power (1-1.5W) is best for sensitive areas, and higher power (up to 2.5W) suits deeper tissue. This ensures safe, non-invasive, and effective therapy for various conditions.
