Great 21 piece collection of vintage Ohio State Fair prize ribbons ranging from 1949 to the 1963.
All were made by the R. B. Powers Company in Ashley, Ohio. This company, founded in 1907, is still in business in an old school in Ashley, Ohio.
The pictures are in no set order as to year and type. They cover a range from the oldest being the 1949 top left blue one (in the most distressed condition of all of them) to the newest being from 1963.All appear to be satin with gold lettering.
All but 2 still have color matching string. Some of the categories: Squash, Rhubarb, Beans, Kohlrabi,Carrots, Egg Plant, Display of Vegetables, and several more.
