Professional installation by a qualified automotive repair facility is required.
Before and during installation, the installer must:
- Compare the replacement transmission to the original before installation
- Verify transmission identification, OEM numbers, connectors, case configuration, and mounting points
- Use the correct Toyota-specified CVT fluid
- Replace applicable seals, gaskets, filters, O-rings, and one-time-use components
- Properly flush or replace the transmission cooler and cooler lines where applicable
- Confirm proper cooler flow before operating the vehicle
- Perform all required programming, initialization, calibration, reset, and adaptive relearn procedures
- Perform applicable Toyota transmission registration procedures when required
- Follow Toyota-approved fluid filling, temperature-check, and fluid-level procedures
- Correct all related electrical, sensor, wiring, cooling, engine, and control-module faults
IMPORTANT: Even though this transmission is new, proper installation, fluid service, programming, initialization, and applicable relearn procedures must still be completed before the vehicle is returned to service. Labor, installation, removal, diagnostics, programming, calibration, fluids, filters, seals, maintenance items, towing, and related repair costs are not included unless specifically agreed to in writing. TRANSMISSION COOLER REQUIREMENTS
A new replacement transmission can still be damaged by contamination remaining from the failed original unit.
The installer must inspect the complete transmission cooler circuit and properly flush or replace contaminated or restricted cooler components as required before operating the replacement transmission.
Failure to remove contamination or correct restricted cooler flow can damage the new transmission and may affect warranty eligibility.

Inspect the transmission, pallet, wrapping, and packaging before signing the freight carrier's delivery receipt.
If visible shipping damage is present:
- Take clear photographs of the transmission, pallet, and packaging.
- Clearly note the damage on the freight carrier's delivery receipt or BOL.
- Contact us immediately.
Concealed freight damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Keep all packaging, pallet materials, straps, wrapping, shipping labels, and freight paperwork until any applicable freight claim has been completely resolved.
3-MONTH / 3,000-MILE LIMITED PARTS WARRANTY
This transmission includes a 3-month / 3,000-mile limited parts warranty, whichever occurs first.
The limited warranty applies to qualifying transmission failure resulting from a defect in the supplied new transmission assembly, subject to proper installation, correct fluid, required programming, cooler servicing, and the exclusions listed below.
THE LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
- Installation or removal labor
- Diagnostic charges
- Programming, coding, calibration, initialization, or relearn procedures
- Fluids, filters, seals, gaskets, or maintenance items
- Transmission coolers or cooler lines
- Sensors, vehicle wiring, connectors, computers, modules, or external accessories
- Towing or transportation expenses
- Rental vehicles
- Storage fees
- Lost income or lost profits
- Vehicle downtime
- Incidental or consequential expenses
- Failures caused by incorrect fluid, contamination, overheating, improper installation, external component failure, or failure to complete required programming procedures
$500 REFUNDABLE CORE DEPOSIT IMPORTANT: THE $500 CORE DEPOSIT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PURCHASE PRICE.
A separate $500 refundable core deposit is required in addition to the purchase price before the transmission can be shipped.
The $500 deposit will be refunded after your original qualifying transmission is returned to Sincere Gear and inspected.
The original transmission must be returned within 60 days to qualify for the applicable core refund.
To qualify for a full core refund:
- The correct original K114 transmission must be returned
- The transmission must be substantially complete
- The core must be reasonably rebuildable
- The transmission case cannot be cracked, broken, or welded
- Major internal or external components cannot be missing
- The transmission cannot have been disassembled
- The unit cannot have catastrophic damage that prevents normal rebuilding
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, the buyer is responsible for return transportation of the core.
