Offered for sale is a 1996 USPS Commemorative Stamp Collection, Item #8996, containing 53 unused U.S. commemorative stamps from 1996, however, the Item #8996 label is missing from the package.
The stamps remain in the original plastic collection packaging and have never been used, cancelled, or hinged.
CONDITION NOTE: The outer plastic packaging has a slight slit/opening. The stamps themselves have remained in the original package. Please see the photographs for the condition of the packaging.
