Originally part of a 144-card set randomly inserted in packs of 1996 Select Certified baseball.
According to Beckett Online Price Guide the insertion rate required opening a minimum of 2,592 packs to complete the set.
The design is similar to the regular set with the exception of a holographic gold foil Artist's proof stamp on the front.
The protective milar is still in tact. Any microscratches are on the milar. Underneath the card features a highly reflective pristine finish.
