Box shows fading/surface wear & scratches. There are no missing flaps, holes, water damage, smoke or pet odor, just expected edge/corner/surface wear.
The only real faults I found were the windowsill for the "Mr. Window" is stained & although it doesn't appear broken, I couldn't get it to operate right. There is a scant amount of wrinkling or corner lift on some of the stickers, but the color is very good and there are no tears or missing ones that I see. The strap handle is tight & well secured, & the securing corner snaps close firmly.
Large package: The playhouse is in its own large box to begin with, and it will take a larger outer box to ship it in.
