- Collar is blown out: multiple holes and tears through the ribbing and around the neck seam, fraying throughout
- Hole through the chest graphic between the "Y" and "M" of "OLYMPIC," roughly 1" long
- Both cuffs heavily frayed with holes and unraveling ribbing
- Hem has fraying and small tears
- Screen print is cracked and faded throughout, heavy on the red
- General thinning and softening of the fabric; overall fade consistent with decades of wear and sun
