Vintage Coleman Model 200A Red Single-Mantle Lantern – November 1977 – With Coleman Hard Case
Beautiful vintage Coleman 200A gasoline lantern manufactured in Wichita, Kansas, USA.
The bottom of the fount is clearly factory date stamped 11 / 77, indicating November 1977 production.
This is the classic red Coleman 200A single-mantle lantern featuring the red painted fount, matching red porcelain ventilator, Coleman/Pyrex-style globe, integral pump, original valve wheel and Coleman decal.
Also included is the vintage green Coleman hard carrying case shown in the photographs.
The lantern itself presents very nicely for its age. Red paint retains excellent color and gloss, the porcelain ventilator is attractive, the globe appears intact, and the original Coleman decal remains present. Normal scratches, marks and age-related wear are visible and should be expected.
The Coleman carrying case shows considerably more wear than the lantern, including surface rust, paint loss and oxidation, particularly on the top. Please examine the case photographs carefully.
