Vintage Spalding Canadian-made autograph football believed to be signed by members of the 1975 Ottawa Rough Riders CFL team.The football features numerous vintage signatures, including one believed to be Canadian Football Hall of Famer Tony Gabriel, along with several other signatures and jersey numbers that correspond with members of the mid-1970s Ottawa Rough Riders roster.Signatures visible appear to include multiple Ottawa players from the period. This football has not been professionally authenticated, so all autograph identifications are offered as believed/attributed based on the signatures, jersey numbers and roster research. He later caught the famous game-winning touchdown in Ottawa’s 1976 Grey Cup victory. Condition: Vintage pre-owned condition with substantial age-related cracking/crazing and deterioration to the white outer surface. Numerous signatures remain visible, although some have faded with age. Ball appears to retain its shape.
