1970s Westbrook J.M.Sahlein Model W32 Classical. Beautiful Woodgrains Great Cond For Sale

1970s/80s WestBrook Classical Model W32. Built for J.M. Sahlein Co. for distribution in the states. Not alot of info out there one it. Beautiful wood grained classical in very good condition. Comes with original chipboard case. Guitar was set-up by previous owner and I must say they did a wonderful job super low action. Spruce top and the sides and back I would guess are Rosewood laminate or a simlar type tone wood. Deep rich finish, very well built ( in Korea ) even the headstock has been routed with laminate rosewood and inlays.2\" nut matched to 25.5\" playscale. 19 frets all smooth on the ends showing very little wear. Plays with ease, action is 2.25mm with no buzzing. There is about 3mm of adjustment left at the bridge saddle. Very nice balanced tone between bass and treble. Strings are new but not so great practice strings. i would suggest a higher grade light or normal tension string set and the tone and projection will be even better. Guitar has only the lightest of swirling and pickmarks on the top that are hard to see. A very light scuff on one side and swirling in top finish on backside that is hard to see. Guitar has no real scratches. No cracks or splitting wood. No chips. Neck is secure in pocket. Bridge is level with no pull and body has no bulging. No hidden repairs. In todays crazy priced market you will easily spend several hundred dollars to find anything close to quailty and sound and playabilty. Perfect for beginer or pro looking to add to the line up. Case shows everyday of it\'s age. Scratches, scuff, popping threads, missing felt and rusted hardware. It is very sound and a great layer of extra protection.
