Bandai stock number 2374-380. This is a wind-up toy in its original display packaging, with the clear plastic cover still firmly in place and secured with clear tape that appears original to the package...Packaging shows age-related wear, old tape, scuffing, and creasing.
The toy appears unused and has apparently never been removed from the packaging.
The Japanese wording on the package translates in part to: “Runs excellently with a mini wind-up mechanism.”
