1963 base WASHINGTONstate passengerlicense plate, with partial 1964 renewal sticker at bottom right. From KING COUNTYon Puget Sound, including Seattle, Redmond, Renton, Bellevue, Federal Way, Maury Island, Auburn, and many towns farther east.Aluminum tag uses a bright white base with evergreen embossed lettering and rims.100% original paint, with NO touch-ups.WASHINGTON is a notoriously TOUGH STATEfor finding older tags.

Plate isSTRAIGHTand liesFLAT, withNO extra holes, NO corrosion, no bends, and no other defects.Paint is SOLID and STRONG, withNICE gloss.Some tiny scattered paint chips, scuffs, and scratches, as shown, mostly on back, and a few dents around rims. Top left bolt is enlarged, and there are rust stains below bolt holes on back from original screws, as shown (might clean up if desired). BRILLIANT COLOR CONTRAST and makes for a TERRIFIC DISPLAY. Could easily be remounted on wall or other flat surface, and likely vintage vehicle (check with Washington DMV).
