1960s Hollywood Regency gilded lily side table designed by Drexel Heritage for their "Et Cetera" collection.
Design Details
Style : Hollywood Regency / Mid-Century Modern.
Aesthetic: Features a sculptural, interlocking base crafted from gilded cast aluminum to mimic stylized lily flowers and organic vines.
Top: Topped with a circular, thick-cut glass surface.
Attribution Notes: Because of its signature botanical form, this piece is frequently misattributed to the iconic designer Arthur Court. It was actually manufactured as an interpretation "in the manner of" his work by Drexel during the mid-to-late 1960s.
Condition notes - excellent per age. The best preserved example I have seen. Glass has minor scuffs and wear no chips.
Shipping notes - ships and two packages. Very heavy glass is fragile and will be double boxed with wood strips. If you would prefer, new glass can be cut in your local area and I can discount the shipping considerably if you wish to forgo the glass
