It is paired with a desirable Leitz Elmar f=3.5cm (35mm) 1:3.5 wide-angle lens, rather than the standard 50mm.
Condition Report
Body: Vintage used condition. The chrome finish exhibits pitting and bubbling, which is a well-known characteristic of Leicas produced immediately after WWII due to material constraints. The black vulcanite grip appears intact. No major dents observed.
Function: The shutter cocks and fires. The slow-speed dial functions. The winding mechanism is smooth. Please note: This camera has not been film-tested for shutter speed accuracy.
Lens: Leitz Elmar 3.5cm f/3.5. A classic wide-angle screw mount lens. The aperture ring moves smoothly. Glass looks decent for its age, potentially with minor haze or dust typical of 70+ year old optics.
