Original post-WWII aerophilatelic first flight cover carried from New York to Prague, Czechoslovakia on June 15, 1946.
Features an attractive red illustrated cachet reading “FIRST FLIGHT TO CZECHOSLOVAKIA – U.S. AIR MAIL” and a 30-cent U.S. airmail stamp.
New York departure postmark dated June 15, 1946.
The reverse carries a Praha Letecká Pošta (Prague Air Mail) arrival postmark dated June 17, 1946, confirming arrival in Czechoslovakia.
