This is a classic 1940s Hamilton Boulton in very nice condition.
The watch is running and keeping good time (currently gaining about 14 seconds per day).
Case has been lightly polished but still shows 85 years of honest patina.
Dial is original with beautiful aging and clear Arabic numerals.
Features classic blued steel hands and a small seconds subdial at 6 o’clock.
Comes with:
• Original Hamilton box
• Original gold-filled expansion bracelet
• New brown leather strap (currently installed)
This is the same model that inspired the Hamilton Boulton worn by Indiana Jones in the recent film.
Case is marked 10K Gold Filled.
Manual wind movement.
Not water resistant (as expected for a 1941 dress watch).
