Charles Millar & Son Co. was a major supplier of plumbing, heating, industrial and heavy hardware equipment. The title page lists locations in Utica and Binghamton, New York; Springfield, Massachusetts; and St. Johnsbury, Vermont.
Large, extensively illustrated catalogue containing hundreds of pages of period merchandise including plumbing fixtures, faucets, bathroom equipment, pipe fittings, chains, hooks, shackles, industrial hardware and numerous other products used by plumbers, steamfitters, sheet-metal workers, contractors, mills and factories.
The catalogue includes both black-and-white illustrations and some color advertising/illustration pages. An excellent reference piece for collectors of antique plumbing, architectural salvage, industrial equipment, hardware and early American trade catalogues.
Condition: Original used vintage condition. Burgundy cloth-covered hardcover shows age-related wear, fading/discoloration, edge and corner wear, marks and surface wear. Interior shows normal age toning and occasional spotting/marks. Handwritten “1931” and an “R” appear on the front endpaper. Please review all photographs carefully for exact condition.
