1930’s Ladies Art Deco Enamel Gruen Watch~ Deco Filigree Band
Movement: Well made Gruen Swiss manual wind movement.
This is a fine classic movement running well on
15 jewels.
The movement is working well & keeping good time.
Case, Crystal & Crown: Original and signed white gold colored case in good condition with no wear has inlays of black enamel on the bezel. Case is signed Gruen 14K gold filled reinforced with extra gold. The watch winds and sets properly. Crystal is original and scratch free..
Dial &Hands: 100% Original dial with black crisp numbering. Hands are original to the watch.
Size: Measures 16 mm side to side (excluding crown) and 27 mm lug to lug.
Band: Band is an art deco style sapphire filigree. Band and watch measure 6” not stretched and stretches to 7”. clasp open and 7 1/4” closed. Band is marked 1/10 12K GF Lustern.
Tip for collectors:
Despite popular demand for refinished clean dials, I am aware of collectors' search and sensitivity for original dials. Therefore any dials known to be refinished, will be clearly mentioned in the dial section of the description. Otherwise, dial is believed to be 100% original.
Due to the age of these filigree bands, I do not know the exact condition so I do not guarantee then to NOT break. I have not has them inspected by a jeweler. Its as is condition.
