The cover is addressed in period typewriter to Mr. Osborne B. Bond of Brooklyn, New York, with the Ogden postmark tying the stamp and both cachets together. The reverse shows a diagonal band of brownish toning along the flap area, most likely from long-term storage against another item, along with a small pencil inventory mark near the flap point.
