This copy retains its original illustrated cloth hardcover binding and contains 350 pages. The contents include “Lottery Ticket No. 514,” “The Blue Diamond,” “Herlock Sholmes Opens Hostilities,” “Light in the Darkness,” “An Abduction,” “Second Arrest of Arsène Lupin,” “The Jewish Lamp,” and “The Shipwreck.”
CONDITION
Vintage condition with significant age and wear.
The original cloth binding shows fading, discoloration, rubbing and general surface wear. There is substantial fraying and cloth loss at both the head and foot of the spine, with exposed binding material and threads visible. The spine remains attached, but the wear is pronounced and should be considered before purchase.
The page block is heavily age-toned and browned, with scattered spotting and minor marks consistent with a book of this age. Interior pages remain readable. Binding is still together overall. No dust jacket is present.
Please review all photographs carefully, especially the close-up photos of the spine ends, as they form an important part of the condition description.
