Ornate double-sided design includes Thomas Jefferson, ‘1904 St. Louis,’ Cascade Gardens, Louisiana Purchase Monument and U.S. Government Building. Maker marked U.S. Silver Co. Spoon shows significant age-related patina/tarnish, surface wear and green oxidation, especially around the bowl. No sterling or .925 marking observed.
