Condition: There is extensive deterioration and loss to the leather, especially along the spines, joints, corners and edges. Spine coverings may be loose, lifting or partially detached, and Volume VI has major spine-cover loss with exposed binding material. Boards show heavy rubbing and wear. Bindings are fragile and should be handled carefully.
Interior pages show age-related toning and occasional spotting or wear. Rough/deckled page edges are present. The books were not individually collated page by page, so completeness of every interior page cannot be guaranteed. Please carefully review all photographs because they are part of the condition description.
