A great gift for that special loved one in your life or for yourself because when you buy from me you buy safe. This book written by a minister concerns capitalism and socialism. He writes about the wealthy industrialist and Knights of Labor which was a labor movement in multiple countries and had over a million members innthe United States and Canada in the 1800s.
The book has much prelove heavy wear. Some pages have stains. Two pages have a large discoloration because some former owner left some news print in the book at some point. The books front board gild still looks good by both the front and back boards have wear. The back board at some point looks to have been exposed to moisture. There is no smell of mold in the book. The top and bottom of the spine has heavy wear.. the corners of the book are bumped and bent. This book would be great for the political collection. Both the back and front hinge are broken with the back hinge being the worst of the two. On one of the front pages at the top by the corner is pencil scribbling and numerical notation. The foredges of the book are soiled.
