Nice original 1877 copy of Longfellow\'s, \"The Skeleton in Armor.\" The book is overall in very good condition with just some minor signs of wear and age. The covers only have some light wear. The binding is good and sound. All of the page edges are gilt. There is a handwritten period name inscription to the front blank flyleaf. The interior is lightly toned from agewith just the occasional light bit of foxing or grubbiness.Along with that there may be the occasional page withsome kind of other minor imperfection such as a tiny chip or tear, creased page corner, minor interior crack, etc. Generally though, it\'s a nice copy. The book measures approximately 9 1/4 inches by 7 inches and is illustrated with several black and white plates. Please look at all the photos to further note the condition.
