These 150 year old books facing are missing pieces as seen in pictures and cover have tape supporting them and are stiff.
These volumes are missing approximately 25 portraits as 2 are missing in Vol. 1 and Vol. 2 has portrait 151 then next one is 174, (23) missing.
It’s is also missing table of content page in Volume 2 as it doesn’t show who portraits 238-300 are.(See Pictures)
These are somewhat rarer books as there are none on at time of listing but portraits from book are being sold for $50+ each.
