Bound in attractive half leather with marbled boards and marbled endpapers. All three volumes retain their original title pages and are complete. The interiors remain unusually clean for their age, with bright pages and minimal foxing.
The bindings exhibit rubbing, edge wear, and some leather deterioration with minor flaking consistent with age. Volume I has weak boards/joints but remains attached and usable. Volumes II and III are structurally stronger. Text blocks remain secure.
