A fine Regency era vellum indenture document, dated to 1829, between William Deedes of Sandling, Kent, and Edward Rees of Pantyderry, Llanboidy, concerning the sale of the Rectory of Moylgrove, Pembrokeshire. The document is single sided, with a seal and signature at the bottom. Folded up, the indenture measures 21.9cm by 11.3cm; extended it measures 64cm by 36cm. Perfect for framing and display, or further research.
