Wheels:
- Chrome Spoke Wheels typically take 5-7 business days to build and ship.
- Gold Plated/Powder Coated Custom Spoke Wheels usually require 10-14 business days for powder coating, building, and shipping.
- All Forged Billet Wheels (made in the USA) will take approximately 3-5 weeks due to CNC machining, polishing, chroming, and powder coating.
For most other products, shipping generally occurs within 1-3 business days after payment is received. Mototeks works with a variety of shipping providers and reserves the right to select the best provider for each order. Shipping times may vary based on delivery location, package size, and any unforeseen circumstances. If there’s an issue with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Please note that additional shipping costs and extended delivery times may apply for items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses via USPS, which may incur extra shipping fees. International customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and/or VAT, which are not included in our total price.
RETURN POLICY
You may return any item for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided it is unused, unmounted, undamaged, and in saleable condition. All returns must include all original parts and packaging, and the item must not be disassembled or damaged due to incorrect installation. We will not issue refunds for items damaged during assembly, shipping, or improper installation.
Mototeks is not responsible for any charges related to labor, repairs, materials, downtime, or lost profits resulting from returning merchandise. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Please note, Mototeks will apply a 15% restocking fee for all returns.
