This is a 0.85ct VS cushion natural purplish pink African rhodolite garnet. This gemstone originated from Tanzania and has a size of 5.8 x 5.5 x 3.0mm, this loose gemstone is eye clean and unheated, untreated for color enhancement. It is a single piece gemstone in a cushion shape, and is an excellent prospect for a ring centerpiece, or a part of a larger assembled piece. The color is a lovely deep red with purple hints at the right angles. A wonderful example of a rhodolite.
