A dazzling piece of 1980s New York. This is a Laser Accent \"State-of-the-Art Super Decal\" by Chroma Graphics (Knoxville, TN), © 1984, still unpeeled on its original card. It was never applied and never handled.The design: A glowing hot pink neon apple frames a shimmering blue glitter skyline, with the Empire State Building rising through the glow. Glittering script \"New York\" lettering sweeps across the bottom, all set against the lightning-bolt card art that defines the Laser Accent line. It\'s pure 80s neon and airbrush style.Condition: Superb. The card is crisp and clean, with sharp corners and vivid color. The glitter is bright and intact, and the die-cut sticker sits flat and unpeeled. The back is clean, with the original application instructions, illustrations, and barcode.
