This is a presale and I expect this to ship around November 4th. I will update this listing as/if more information becomes available that would affect that date.
Each complete full set contains 1 of each of the 290 base cards from Reality Fracture. You will get 26 mythics, 64 rares, 109 uncommons, 71 commons, 10 basic lands, and I believe 10 special cards that are in the base set. This will not include any special printings or tokens. They will be sealed by Wizards of the Coast.
