ever come across! Batman & Robin soar across the skies in the iconic
splash page art. Miller's original TDKR splash art sold for 448k back in 2011!
This tribute art captures much of that Dark Knight mood and essence!
The Dark Knight Returns is perhaps the '80s most iconicgraphic novels
with intense political & social messaging. TDKR was early in warning
us all about the corrupt media, corrupt politicians, military industrial complex
and the passive and impressionable nature of society.
The 14" by 11" art is signed and dated. The date appears to be "07"
and the signature appears to be some stylized initials but it's indecipherable.
Pencil and erasure marks still visible. Very good vintage condition.
